I purchased this mattress for FL with an adjustable foundation. Because I paid more than $2k for my last mattress I thought ‘what the hay? if I have to replace it in a few years what have I lost?’. Having neck and back issues I am willing to try anything to see what works. I am very pleased with the performance of this mattress thus far – so much so that I am ordering this one for my NC home. This has been slept on for a total of 9 months of the last year as I let a friend stay at my FL home for 3 months. Thus far there are zero signs of wear and it has been flipped 2X. I am no small fry as I wear a 1X and there is no sagging or wear marks as of yet. I like a medium firm with some give. I feel totally supported while being wrapped in cloud like comfort. I sleep on my side and back and have felt no pressure points in either position but also have none of the aches associated with a too soft/hard mattress. I lift my feet just a few degrees and have no swollen knees or feet in the AM. A real selling point for the adjustable base! One must do their research when purchasing online and read the reviews. Anything firmer or softer would have been painful for me and it’s not something you can fix with a topper that is reasonably priced. There was exactly 0 smell as I let this rise overnight. It could have been sleepable in a hour but I’m a stickler for guidelines. Given my health I did need to have some ‘man muscle tissue’ heaving it upstairs. He managed it easily. There is absolutely no foam with advantage support so far as I could research therefore i purchased a bench for the finish of the mattress when I required that kind of assistance dressing or gaining shoes. Absolutely fantastic bed. I had previously owned a Sleep Innovations memory foam bed that I gave away to Goodwill because it was so hot, I could not stand it. It was also not supportive for my back and I had to struggle to get out of bed because you had to roll out of the mattress. I was through with memory foam. I took a chance and bought this bed and I am so incredibly pleased. It’s a cool sleep even with blankets. It’s firm enough to support your back and my joints without any pain the morning. It’s also so comfortable. I fall asleep immediately once I hit this bed. I just love this. I am purchasing another one for my guest room. I would highly recommend this bed.
The bed found its way to a compressed roll sent to my doorstep by UPS. The plastic material has been intact and safeguarding the mattress. As an older female, I could to obtain it in to the house but got to hold back for help obtain it on to the mattress framework. It is very weighty. It unrolled and extended nearly immediately.
